Chocolate Mug Cake
One of the girls at work gave me a recipe for a 5 minute chocolate mug cake... basically a mud cake you cook in 5 minutes using a coffee mug and microwave... and to my surprise... it worked really well...

Hey Andrew, tried this recipe but didn't have cake flour (couldn't even buy it from safeway) so I used selfraising flour instead, no comments from the mob here it got eaten with delight and with cream. Thanks.
I think cake flour might be what they call sElf-Raising overseas somewhere... I have made this a couple of times and have always used SR flour... and its turned out nice.
